Registration fee

A RM 200.00 registration fee per company is required for registration and participation on the platform. Upon successful registration and approval, the registered company will receive an Official Registration Tag and an Official Platform Cap. The registration fee does not guarantee any minimum number of customers, leads, sales, jobs, or revenue. The company must complete the required registration and verification process before becoming eligible for customer assignments.

Official tag & cap requirement

The registered provider must wear the official platform cap and display/use the official registration identification when meeting, attending, entertaining, servicing, or dealing with a customer obtained through the platform, so customers can identify an authorised registered provider. The tag and cap:

• must only be used by the registered company/provider;
• must not be transferred, lent, sold, or given to an unauthorised person;
• must not be altered or misused;
• must not be used to represent a company/provider that is not registered with the platform;
• must be returned or handled according to platform instructions if the registration is terminated or suspended.

Failure to comply with the identification requirements may result in suspension of the provider's account or termination of registration.

Terms & Conditions for registered companies

By registering with the platform, the company agrees to the following:

1. The company must pay the RM 200.00 registration fee before its registration can be activated.
2. The company must provide accurate and complete registration, business, contact, service, and location information.
3. The company must provide any required documents for verification.
4. The company must only provide services that it is legally permitted and qualified to provide.
5. Registration does not guarantee customer leads, assignments, sales, jobs, or income.
6. Customer assignments are primarily based on the customer's location and the availability of suitable registered providers.
7. Distance and customer reviews may also be considered when determining the suitable provider.
8. The platform may automatically assign a customer to a suitable registered provider based on the platform's assignment system.
9. If no suitable provider is available within a reasonable distance, the platform may manually search for, register, and assign another suitable provider.
10. The platform reserves the right to manually override an automatic assignment when necessary.
11. The company must wear the official platform cap and use/display the official registration tag when meeting, entertaining, attending, or servicing customers obtained through the platform.
12. The company must maintain professional conduct when dealing with customers.
13. The company must not misuse customer information obtained through the platform.
14. The company must not submit false information, fake reviews, fraudulent registrations, or misleading information.
15. The company must not transfer its registration, account, tag, or official cap to another company or unauthorised person without approval.
16. The platform may suspend or terminate a company's registration if the company breaches these Terms & Conditions.
17. The platform may request additional information or documents for verification at any time.
18. The platform may update its service categories, provider assignment system, registration requirements, and operational procedures when necessary.
19. The company acknowledges that the platform acts as a service discovery, registration, and customer assignment platform and that registration does not create an employer-employee relationship between the platform and the registered company.
20. By completing registration and payment, the company acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
